  My father has been a long time patient of Dr.Kanj. The office has been extremely unprofessional many times. The front desk is always chaotic. To be specific the woman at the front desk is very very unprofessional and rude. I have called several times and been left on hold. The other day I was in with my father and I approached the front desk and she completely ignored me because she was on her cell phone. I find this to be extremely unprofessional especially when I was trying to give her my father's new Insurance card. Perhaps you should hire someone who cares about their job and the patients. I believe her name is Dina or Dana. If we did not have such a high regard for Dr.Kanj I would have found another physician. Perhaps it is time for revamping? I would never recommend anyone to this practice sorry to say. A good practice starts with management.
