  Similar experience to others who have had issues with poor installation. They didn’t double check city codes and now our sump pump is in violation with no possible alternative. This company refuses to take accountability and even suggested to GO AGAINST CODES and just keep it hush hush. Unacceptable! They have been skirting around issues, dodging phone calls, and creating a wild goose chase trying to get in contact with someone to fix this. The city is also non compliant and they both are trying to avoid creating a solution. This company is way too sketchy and unprofessional. We are tired of being ignored, and will take legal action against them if this goes on any longer. I recommend this company to no one, unless you want to waste time and money with bonus crappy customer service!

  We met them at a county fair and at one point scheduled for a quote, but cancelled because we decided to focus on other home improvement projects. Since then they have called on a monthly basis (at minimum) and tried rescheduling. I asked politely for them to respect my decision as a consumer to call them when I want their service, but despite them agreeing to remove me off their call sheet, they still persist. Tonight was the last straw and I've blocked their number.
  
  I know this review wrong help people understand their service, but no quality of service performed or pricing can make up for the lack of customer respect they have shown me.
